Crafted from 3/32" thick AEB-L stainless steel, the blade is heat treated to a 61–62 HRC, offering an excellent balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. A full flat grind ensures efficient slicing performance while keeping the blade lightweight and nimble.
